Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about Three Lights. If you're not happy with your Three Lights Pro subscription, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, for any reason. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at hello@3lights.app and we'll help you through it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Three Lights Pro subscription at any time from inside the app. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.
